Esso Car Wash Pass
Esso offers one car wash pass or subscription which is for their Premium car wash package.
For $79.99 a month, considered 30 days, you can get 1 Premium wash every day.
This is great in the winter, especially when there are multiple cars in the household, you can alternate and wash each car every couple of days.
They also allow you to extend the pass to a total of 5 users, discounting the total monthly fee by $20 per user added.
So if you had 3 users, it would be $79.99 x 3 = $239.97 and a discount of $40 would be applied (user 2 and user 3 each save $20 off the total) so you would be looking at $199.97 for 3 monthly passes, each allowing 1 wash a day.
Further to the Family plan for up to 5 users, there is a Business plan for 6 to 9 users, where you save $30 off the total for each additional user added.
Esso Car Wash Bundle Offer
Esso also ffers their Premium car wash package in a bundle of 4 washes for $49.99.
This is the equivalent of $12.50 per wash which is a pretty good deal.
Using PC Optimum Points for Esso Car Washes

According to Esso’s website, you can redeem 10,000 PC Optimum points for any car wash package at Esso, limited to 1 use per day.
You can earn PC Optimum points at stores like Loblaws, Real Canadian Superstore, Shoppers Drug Mart, and of course, Esso.
Is It Worth It?
Car washes aren’t as cheap as they used to be.
Esso car washes will run you upwards of about $20.00 if you want all the bells and whistles.
If you have the time for it and really do not want to wash your car yourself, then sure.
It’s especially understandable in the winter when the car is dirty and salty or in the cold weather.
If you are going to spring for it, the Premium package bundle may be your best option.
It is certainly a benefit that you can now use PC Optimum points instead of paying out of pocket.
But is that the best use of your PC Optimum points?
That’s for you to decide! Esso car washes are great for grimy cars but expect to fork over about $20.00 to get your car sparkling.
